When TOPS was introduced in the 1960's, the first generation of DMU's had different classifications for motor vehicles and trailers. My original records contained references to some of these early classifications. Later the system was rationalised and some of the early class numbers we reused. I am slowly going through my photographs to make the new class numbers standard. Therefore keep checking back as I upload more photos which have been amended
